Right of Withdrawal and Termination in Online Sales
The purchase can be canceled at any time before pressing the “Pay” button without any consequences.
If the Visitor has purchased a ticket that is not valid for a specific date or a product other than a ticket that is subject to the rules of the consumer’s right of withdrawal and termination regulated by Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), these rights can be exercised as follows:
• If the right of withdrawal or termination is available, the Consumer is entitled, in the case of a contract for the sale of goods, to withdraw within 14 days of delivery of:
• The product,
• The last product supplied when supplying more than one product,
• The last lot supplied or piece in the case of products consisting of several lots or pieces,
• The first service, if the product is to be supplied regularly within a specified period.
The Consumer may use the model notice of withdrawal or any other clear declaration to that effect. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised during the period between the date of contract conclusion and receipt of the product.
If the Visitor has purchased goods, they must return them within 14 days of the cancellation notification to the address: Floor 1, Dorottya utca 6, Budapest, H-1051. The Visitor bears the cost of returning the goods and is liable for depreciation resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the product.
If the Visitor lawfully withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider shall refund the full amount paid without delay and no later than 14 days from becoming aware of the withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless the Visitor agrees to another method without additional charges.
The Supplier may retain the refund amount until the product is returned or credible proof of return is provided.
Rules on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
• Written cancellation is deemed timely if the Visitor sends the declaration within 14 calendar days. For postal withdrawals, the date of posting applies; for email withdrawals, the sending date applies. Registered mail is recommended to provide credible evidence.
• The burden of proof for compliance with the withdrawal rules lies with the Visitor.
• The Service Provider must acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal within a reasonable time.
• Products must be returned to the address: Floor 1, Dorottya utca 6, Budapest, H-1051, Hungary, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the cancellation notification. The deadline is met if the product is sent before the 14-day deadline.
• The Visitor bears the cost of returning the product. Parcels returned by cash on delivery or other payment obligations will not be accepted. Depreciation or reasonable costs due to use beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature and functionality may be claimed by the Service Provider.
• Refunds, including transport costs, will be made within 14 days of the Visitor’s withdrawal notice, except for additional costs due to a chosen transport method different from the cheapest option offered.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. For tickets, refunds are only possible for tickets purchased within 180 days.
Upon receiving the returned product, a three-person committee will inspect it. If the product is damaged or incomplete, a record will be made on the spot.
